All exhibitors who need a visa must
satisfy the visa requirements of their local German Embassy/Consulate
including
- a visa invitation letter and
- a confirmed travel booking, including flight, train and/or bus bookings,
hotel reservation and health insurance, and
- the stand invoice and and exhibitor passes.

Those who need a visa should, therefore, begin by requesting a visa
invitation letter, which is available at the following link visa invitation
letter and then should take it along with
all of the above travel documents to the German Mission (Embassy or Consulate)
responsible for their present place of residence to apply for a visa.
