CERAMITEC 2012 has recorded a rise in visitor numbers

Optimism returns to the sector
With around 16,733 trade visitors from 102 countries CERAMITEC 2012 has recorded a rise
in visitor numbers of 14,6 percent. The "Top Ten" countries of origin
for those visitors, excluding Germany,
are: Italy, Austria, Czech
Republic, France,
Great Britain, Poland, Russian Federation, Turkey,
Switzerland and Brazil. The
exhibitors were especially pleased with the broad international spread among
the CERAMITEC visitors and with their high quality.
Paul Eirich, Chairman of the Advisory Board of CERAMITEC and
Managing Director of Gustav Eirich GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, summed up his assessment
of the fair in the following words: "CERAMITEC has given an impressive
demonstration of its reputation as a first-class sector gathering for all areas
of the ceramics industry."
A total of 613 exhibitors from 42 countries showcased
their products and solutions between May 22 and May 25, 2012, in four
exhibition halls at Messe München.
