General information

EU nationals, in general, do not require a visa, however other most non-German participants do. Please follow the link to check that you do in fact need a visa: German Federal Foreign Office

All exhibitors who need a visa must satisfy the visa requirements of their local German Embassy/Consulate including

1. a visa invitation letter and
2. a confirmed travel booking, including flight, train and/or bus bookings, hotel reservation and health insurance, and
3. the stand invoice and their exhibitor passes. 

All visitors who need a visa must satisfy the visa requirements of their local German Embassy/Consulate including

1. a visa invitation letter,
2. a confirmed travel booking, including a flight, train and/or bus booking, hotel reservation and health insurance, and
3. a confirmed order for their online registration as well as any special local requirements.

All visitors who need a visa should first register for their entrance ticket and then apply for their visa-invitation letter. Online registration for both will be possible on this page from 7 February 2012 onwards.
